Harmony Choi is one of the chief executive officer working closely with Antoinette Banda. Last year, she started off her professional journey as an Events Director, where she played the vital role in planning and executing a variety of successful events. Her leadership in this role helped grow YOT’s presence among youth across Vancouver. As a team with Antoinette, We are honoured to lead a dedicated group and look forward to passing on our knowledge and expertise. Harmony primarily oversees the marketing department and works closely with the team to create high quality content and to uphold YOT’s professionalism.

Antoinette believes leadership is about empowering others to make a positive impact and fostering growth within a team. Starting as a Marketing Analyst last year, she quickly rose to Chief Executive Officer of Youth of Tomorrow, where she works alongside Harmony to oversee the organization’s operations. Together, they collaborate with Senior and Junior Management to ensure smooth functioning and uphold the organization’s professionalism. Passionate about youth and community development, Antoinette focuses on strategic initiatives and the technical aspects of the organization, managing its website and digital presence while driving innovation across YOT.

Cathy believes that continuous learning and the acquisition of new skills are essential for professional development. In the first year with the organization, Cathy served as the Director of Newsletter, using her writing and design talents to highlight external opportunities for her team. Now, as the Co-Director of Human Resources alongside Henry, Cathy aims to build positive connections with the Youth of Tomorrow Team. She is passionate towards inspiring others to challenge themselves and strive towards their goals.

As a Co-Director of Human Resources at Youth of Tomorrow, Henry collaborates closely with the Marketing, and Chief Executive Officers to ensure the efficient organization and cohesion of the team. With his experience and genuine passion for community involvement and relations, he can be seen helping out at events or lending a hand where needed. Henry's responsibilities include fostering diverse, fair, and enthusiastic workspaces, overseeing the hiring of management, and overall idea contribution to the organization.

As a first-year member of YOT, Vian has been a natural when it comes to making promotional posts. Building on her existing skills as a previous VP of Publicity at her school, she continues to present eye-catching, informative, and professional content, showcasing Youth of Tomorrow's morals. She thrives to make a positive impact in her community while learning valuable leadership, teamwork, and marketing skills. Vian hopes to inspire future generations.

Zhou
Justin is one of the Chief Marketing Officers for Youth of Tomorrow. Alongside Vian - they work together to produce and advertise Youth Of Tomorrow’s values and teachings. This is his first year as CMO for Youth of Tomorrow and is excited to make a positive impact on the community with one social media post at a time. Youth of Tomorrow has challenged Justin to use his creativity to produce professional and engaging content. And most of all Justin wants to be able to help anyone whether it be through the screen or in person with her work, she wants to show people that there’s so much more than what meets the eye.

Jack is one of the COO of YOT for the 2024-2025 term. Jack believes that the key to success is found within teamwork and communication. Jack works closely with Umar to manage and plan YOT's events, insuring all events create a meaningful impact. Jack Joined YOT to create a stronger bond and contribute more towards his community. Hoping to hone his management skills, Jack wishes that his time spent at YOT will give him broader perspective to what it feels like to lead a group of fellow youth.

As one of the Chief Coordinating Officers (COOs) at Youth of Tomorrow, Umar helps bring ideas to life by coordinating events, offering support, and advertising outreach efforts. He works passionately alongside his team to create meaningful opportunities for members of youth to connect, grow and feel empowered. Umar’s role involves coordinating events, workshops and projects. He’s passionate about building a sense of community and helping others feel connected and empowered.

Dahmani
Ramzi Dahmani is the director of Community Relations. He was inspired to join YOT due to the impact he had experience it was making to his peers. He noticed that friends around him would take time out of their schedule to participate in events and they told him that they truly felt like a part of the community. YOT has brought unity and trust within our community. This drove him to apply for a position to aid the youth around him. He has always had a passion for helping people and he realized this was a great place to start.

As the Chief Financial Officer for Youth of Tomorrow, Loryl oversees the financial health of the organization that is dedicated to providing the community with events and opportunities. By leveraging the organizations’ financial resources wisely, Youth of Tomorrow is able to fund programs and host events for the community to participate. Loryl is proud to ensure that the organization’s financial resources are managed with integrity and transparency, along with efficiency to maximize the impact of events the organization has to offer.
